  • Managed employee hiring, organized office functions and oversaw daily operations of the office with 21 employees.

  • Developed hiring guidelines, conducted interviews, hired and trained 8 new employees who are all still employed at MedConnect Pro.

  • Advised coworkers on how to address difficult situations, listened to their grievances and counseled on how to operate as a team, ensuing a positive and happy work environment. 

  • Responded to all emails within 24 hours, adapted to each clients and doctor’s personal preferences and scheduled independent medical exams for 50% of MedConnect Pro’s clients.

  • Conducted a phone survey of 50 auto claims clients to research their preferred communication method, analyzed and presented the results to management, which will be used to enhance State Farm’s communication practices.

  • Collaborated on a virtual team of 12 interns to research, generate ideas, and write a proposal on how to increase market share and auto policy growth.

  • Interviewed 8 agents, analyzed the results of 21 interviews and presented the data to the team in regard to the problem areas of the after-hours quoting system, the data served as the foundation for the recommendations in the final report.

 

Head Swim Team Coach and Lifeguard - Oak Hills Homeowners Association

  • Created and implemented a swim team program, while working closely with 11 board members, to improve individual capabilities for a team of 80 swimmers.

  • Managed and instructed 2 assistant coaches and 25 volunteers to organize and run bi-monthly swim meets effectively and in a timely manner.

  • Developed daily lesson plans in order to coach swimmers ages 6 to 18 to improve their individual goals.
