Organizational Leadership Program
The Masters of Arts in Organizational Leadership program (ORGL) at Gonzaga University is primarily an online program and is currently part of the School of Professional Studies.
The program develops students skills in the following areas:
Leading Change Conflict Resolution
Motivating Groups Negotiation
Creative Solutions Foresight & Planning
Decision Making Effective Communication
